One year on from our successful assessment to become an approved member of security system accreditation company NSI, I am delighted that we have today passed our annual assessment.

Accreditation is important to us and along with our membership of SELECT, Which Trusted Traders, Scottish Building Standards and Buy With Confidence, our NSI membership in 2016 was one of the top highlights of the companies 20 years.

We value the feedback we receive from these technical and office audits as it helps us improve the services that we provide to our customers.

Thank you to all our team who have put in the hard work in gaining approval from all these highly respected organisations.

EICR Test and Remedial Work: The test took over 5 hrs and at the end the electrician explained things in laymans terms which helped me understand the remedial work needed,

Contact with the office went smooth and Leigh was very helpful in explaining everything and making the appointment for everything to be done on one day which I greatly helped me. Leigh contacted me to let me know the electricians would be there within 1/2 hr which they were. The two electricians worked all day cleaning up after them. When they were finished I was shown round the areas they had been working on and told about the finished job. A very professional team.

It was pleasing to receive feedback from two customers on Bank Holiday Monday about our service and electricians.

Had 2 of your guys here today installing power from house to shed out the back. Can I just say what a great job they have done. Very neat and Tidy ( felt bad as when they first arrived it was raining very heavy )
Explained everything they had done especially to my husband who has had strokes (and probably done their heads in with all the questions ) Will certainly recommend as thought pricing was very reasonable Thank you for a great job done

Instructed SES to install landlord smoke and heat detectors, extra sockets, new water heater controls and carry out EICR for my rental properties. They do a fantastic job and are very accommodating when I am not in Stirling that often. Their work is second to none with excellent office staff - Leigh in particular, making sure all work is carried out and updating me very quickly if I have any questions. Will continue doing business with them in the near future.

NSI Accreditation Presentation

It was a momentous day for the security system division of Stirling Electrical Services on Thursday 10th March when I travelled south to Birmingham to receive on behalf of Stirling Alarms our NSI accreditation medal and certificate.

In February 2016 our new Stirling Alarms service was awarded approval in the Design, Installation and Maintenance of Electronic Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV Systems and Intruder Alarms by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) who are the leading approvals and certification body that inspects UK companies providing home security, business security and fire safety services.

It was a proud moment for me and for all involved when we received our NSI medal and certificate from Chief Executive Richard Jenkins, in this our 20th year in business.

After reading the news about our Stirling Alarms NSI accreditation we received a phone call on Monday from an elderly lady from Dunblane who had a problem with her security alarm. After attending and repairing the security alarm problem we received this lovely written note today.

"Thank you so much for coming to my rescue on Monday afternoon when my alarm kept going off. You were so very helpful and I really appreciated your efforts - fantastic customer service"
