Information for Electric Charge Point Customers
On 8th April 2021 the grant amount to domestic customers from Energy Saving Trust (EST) was reduced from £300.00 to £250.00. Installers had no prior warning of this reduction and the reduced amount will now apply to all current and future quotations that we provide.
On Monday 5th April our office will be closed for most of the day due to team training.
Our telephone lines will open at 8am to process customer enquiries but will close at 10am for the remainder of the day. Telephone lines will reopen on Tuesday 6th April 8am.
As a country we have entered a crucial stage in the fightback against COVID-19 and as we all play a part in that fightback and in line with current Scottish Government announcements some of our day to day electrical and security system services are currently on hold.
But we continue to provide services such as security alarm and electrical emergency repairs, essential maintenance and testing and this will involve us entering your home or business property and we understand the concerns that this brings to both our customers and our team members.
That is why this week we have fully launched the "No Touch Signatures" feature of our new digital job scheduling software.
So what does that mean.
In April and May 2020 during the peak of the first lockdown period we expedited our plan to look at ways in which we could operate as a company more remotely, efficiently and safely. We embarked at that time on an ambitious project to totally change the way our day to day operations are carried out.
