In mid-December 2020 we started working live with our new digital job software and in recent weeks we have highlighted how the new system is helping keep our customers and team safe during the latest COVID-19 restrictions.
A few days ago we mentioned how our recently launched new Job Management System was aiding the fightback against COVID-19 with our 'No Touch Signature" feature, but it is not the only way our system is helping us work safely.
As a country we have entered a crucial stage in the fightback against COVID-19 and as we all play a part in that fightback and in line with current Scottish Government announcements some of our day to day electrical and security system services are currently on hold.
But we continue to provide services such as security alarm and electrical emergency repairs, essential maintenance and testing and this will involve us entering your home or business property and we understand the concerns that this brings to both our customers and our team members.
That is why this week we have fully launched the "No Touch Signatures" feature of our new digital job scheduling software.
So what does that mean.
In April and May 2020 during the peak of the first lockdown period we expedited our plan to look at ways in which we could operate as a company more remotely, efficiently and safely. We embarked at that time on an ambitious project to totally change the way our day to day operations are carried out.
The Scottish Government have confirmed to us that the deadline to install appropriate fire and smoke protection in homes throughout Scotland has been officially extended.

Following the festive holiday our office and accounting teams are available to process jobs, quotations and accounts services from 8am Tuesday 05 January 2021. They are available 8am-5pm Monday to Friday on telephone 01786 813916 and via our website and usual email addresses.
Our electrical and security system services will also resume on Tuesday 05 January 2021.
