Read our latest company update during the COVID-19 restrictions.
In response to the current COVID-19 Coronavirus situation in the UK, I wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that Stirling Electrical Services is closely following UK and Scottish Government advice and guidance issued by the World Health Organisation. We are also receiving regular updates from relevant trade and business associations.
We are taking a number of precautionary measures, prioritising the safety of our customers and colleagues at all times.
Our electrical and security system services remain available and our team will do our best to maintain a strong level of availability should you require our services. This will be regularly reviewed in accordance with the latest advice or restrictions from the relevant organisations.
All of our electricians and security engineers have received guidance and equipment to help maintain a healthy working environment in order to protect them as well as our customers.
Our office team have adapted our job booking procedures to make sure we do not compromise the health of our team or customers when we visit properties.
From Tuesday 17th March, we request that non-essential personnel do not visit our premises and where possible customers should contact us by telephone, email or online enquiry instead of visiting our office.
We will continue to monitor the situation and we appreciate your support and understanding in these unusual times.
Please stay safe and get in touch if you have any queries.
