OLEV grant support news for our customers.
The Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) who administer Electric Vehicle Charge Point grant support on behalf of the UK Government have published an update to the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) guidance.
Please note - quotations for new customers from 1st April 2020 will only be eligible for the reduced £350 grant support.
- Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions placed on us all, some of our Charge Point installations due to take place before the end of March were postponed. OLEV agreed that for those postponed installations the £500 grant support would still apply as long as this installations were carried out before 31st May 2020.
The new announcement from OLEV means that the deadline to install those postponed March jobs has been extended to 5th April 2021 to still be eligible for the £500 grant. We hope though that installations will resume soon.
Please note - quotations for new customers from 1st April 2020 will only be eligible for the reduced £350 grant support.
- OLEV have also announced that the criteria that 'ANNEX D PART A' must not be signed by customers more than 6 weeks prior to the date of the Charge Point installation has been removed until 5th April 2021 or until further notice.
