When our team book your job on our system, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation email with the job details, booking date and time. You can then acknowledge the booking and our team will immediately be informed.
This improvement will provide an enhanced customer experience and is the first part of our new job booking experience which will be complimented further later this year with scheduled job reminder alerts via email and sms text.
