On 8th April 2021 the grant amount to domestic customers from Energy Saving Trust (EST) was reduced from £300.00 to £250.00. Installers had no prior warning of this reduction and the reduced amount will now apply to all current and future quotations that we provide.

The standard grant value has decreased from £300 to £250. This change was introduced 8th April 2021, therefore applicants who have submitted their application after 09:00 on 8th April 2021 (upon meeting all Terms and Conditions) will be eligible to receive up to £250 toward the cost of their domestic chargepoint installation. The additional top-up of £100 remains available for those in the most rural parts of Scotland bringing the total grant offer in these cases to £350.
Successful applications submitted before this date will remain eligible to receive the grant offer of £300 (with the additional £100 for those in the most rural areas).
EST website has been updated to reflect the change in the Terms and Conditions.
