But we continue to provide services such as security alarm and electrical emergency repairs, essential maintenance and testing and this will involve us entering your home or business property and we understand the concerns that this brings to both our customers and our team members.
That is why this week we have fully launched the "No Touch Signatures" feature of our new digital job scheduling software.
So what does that mean.

We are currently rolling out our new system and if one of our electricians or security engineers are operational on the system and arrive at your property your job details and any associated documents will all be on their new digital device. As part of our job and customer process the signing of the digital job sheet or documents are required.
In the current climate and the importance of safe distance practices the signing of such documents using our device will obviously be a concern but with our new system customers can sign off jobs and complete these documents using several no touch features.
Our customers will have the option to receive a signature capture screen on their own smartphone or device via a scanned QR code, SMS text or a sharing link to their email address or other devices and apps.
This means our customers can sign off jobs and complete documents safely and remotely, you don't even need to be in the same premises to sign our documents.
Our system powered by BigChange will be rolled out in stages over the coming weeks and months and we are excited about how the new system will enhance our customer and team experience and more importantly support the fightback against COVID-19.
