The below article about our Online Electrician of the Year Award was published this week in our local Stirling Observer newspaper. 
 Fallin based electrical contractor Stirling Electrical Services Ltd. were one of the winners in the UK wide Online Electrician of the Year Awards for 2013. The company picked up the Silver Award for the best use of on-line services and social media, an accolade which recognises innovation and digital achievement on a national scale in the electrical sector. Director Scott McLean commented “we are delighted to have received this award especially as the judges were from some of the most respected manufacturers in the electrical industry. We have had an online presence since 1999 and understand the importance of providing services and information to prospective and existing clients through our website and social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube." We have added a new Chat feature to our website which we will trial over the next few months.
This new feature will allow existing and prospective customers to chat with our Job Booking Team in real-time to discuss our electrical services and jobs. We expect the chat feature to be live and available to talk to us from early morning through to late evening depending on demand. To use our new chat feature just click on the pop up which appears at the bottom right of every website page. We have redesigned our website to give it a more modern and fresh look which still includes all the detailed information from our old website. Our news blog has also been integrated into the new website meaning online interaction between ourselves and our customers has never been easier. Over the coming weeks and months we will continue to add to our new website especially with news and photos from our current and past jobs.
