Ronnie Retires

A sad day at our business as Ronnie one of our electricians retired.

Always a loyal, hard working employee that had great customer service skills he will be missed by both colleagues and customers.

The golf course and hopefully much more family time await him now - richly deserved though if you ask me.

Stirling Electrical Services are rapidly growing their team and are looking for a Customer Service / Database Management Advisor to start as soon as possible, on a Permanent basis.

Customer Relationship building is key to this role and we would prefer your experience to reflect this.

Working alongside a very motivated and well established team you will receive full training, and a strong basic wage that reflects your experience.

We are a well established company that is growing rapidly and with the right people behind us we will continue to do so.

Role will include:-

Contacting existing customers either by phone/email/post to retain good communication levels and increase customer knowledge on the products and services available.

Contacting lapsed customers to re-establish relationships.
Admin duties relating to the above & ongoing management of current customer and job database including scanning and digitising paperwork.
Working alongside existing team - job scheduling, processing paperwork, answering phone calls, contacting electricians and suppliers, assist customers with their enquiries, update changes and status of each customer job, other reasonable duties as and when required.

Full training will be provided.
Monday-Friday - Up to 40 hours.
You will ideally have customer service and sales experience and able to act professionally at all times.
Must be computer literate

A Week of Change

We embark on another busy week here at SES and it is not only jobs that are keeping us busy but also in the HR department too.

Today(Monday) we welcome a new electrician Alan who will be a good addition to our team.

But this week is also a sad one as one of our most loved and respected electricians Ronnie is set to retire. Ronnie has been a great asset to our company and will be sadly missed(more on Ronnie's retirement later in the week).

Also this week we will be releasing job applications for two posts:

Customer Service Advisor
PAT Tester and Small Appliance Repairer.

As I said, it is not only busy times but also exciting times at our company.

We can install Electric Vehicle Charging Points and in partnership with another local company we can help you use the UK Government scheme that supports the use of low emmission vehicles which includes electric & plug in hybrid vehicles. The UK Government are currently supporting owners by offering a part funded domestic charge point if you have a garage or driveway.

Latest Customer Feedback from a job we carried out in Edinburgh.

Having been let down by 3 other electrical contractors I was recommended Stirling Electrical Services by a friend.
I can't recommend them highly enough; the quality of the work was excellent, they are so helpful and easy to deal with; they were always here when they were supposed to be and the electrician onsite and office person are both shining examples of what good customer service looks like.
Not only all of this, but the price is very competitive as well!
I have already recommended them to friends and won't hesitate to use them again next time I need some electrical work done.
