The jobs done on two occasions have been carried out well and neatly. I would also like to say that the men sent to complete the work were pleasant and easy to accept into our home
But like everything we are not 100% perfect and yes we do receive feedback from customers who we have not produced our expected standard technically or provided an efficient service either by not processing a job or quotation quickly enough.
In my previous blog post I announced that Louise Baird has now joined our team as Operations Manager and alongside our other office team members we aim to improve those areas of our service that requires attention.
