In late 2012 we sadly lost one of our staff and a good friend to Cancer. Maureen was a much loved member of our team and was also very popular with our customers, who warmed to her hearty nature and enthusiasm. Her loss at a young age was obviously devastating to her family and friends.
In a tribute to Maureen, Managing Director Scott McLean signed up for a charity challenge - to raise funds by completing a series of organised running events throughout Scotland that would total at least 100 kilometres in 2013.
Scott is now approaching the end of the challenge with the final event being the 'Santa Dash' in December.
Cancer Research and Strathcarron Hospice are our chosen charities and it would be a great boost to them if you would consider sponsoring Scott and donating a few pounds to the cause.
